The brief
Koen came to us with an existing product that needed a serious upgrade. Teambooster helps managers run retrospectives, pulse surveys, and engagement tracking. The concept was solid. The execution needed work.
What we did
We rebuilt core features on Bubble, designed a cleaner interface, and established a development workflow that lets us ship new features fast. Really fast. What used to take weeks now takes days.
This wasn't a build-and-leave project. We've been working with Koen for over six months now, iterating on the product based on real user feedback. Every sprint, we're making it better.
The partnership approach
Some of our best work happens in long-term partnerships like this. We're not just executing tickets, we're thinking about the product alongside the founder. Suggesting features. Challenging assumptions. Pushing back when something doesn't make sense.
