Build an MVP without code

You don't need $100K and six months to test an idea.

That's the old playbook. Hire engineers, build for months, launch, and pray. Most of the time, the product misses the mark because you spent so long building that the market moved on, or you were wrong about what people wanted in the first place.

There's a better way. Build the simplest version of your product that proves (or disproves) your core assumption. Get it into people's hands. Watch what they actually do. Then iterate.

How we do it

We start with your riskiest assumption. The one thing that has to be true for your product to work. Then we design and build only what's needed to test that assumption.

Usually that means a Figma prototype for early feedback, then a working product on Bubble or Webflow that real users can actually use. Timeline: 3-6 weeks from kickoff to something you can show investors, beta users, or paying customers.

What you get

A working product. Not a pitch deck. Not a prototype that dies after two clicks. An actual application that people can sign up for, use, and give you feedback on.

That's the whole point. You learn more from watching ten people use your product than from a hundred customer interviews.
